Is Phantom Blade Zero coming to PlayStation 5?

Yes. The PlayStation Store’s concept page for the game, concept ID 10017620, is live and carries a pre-order button. The store’s own product record lists the platform as PS5, the publisher as S-GAME Publishing, and the release date as 2026-10-29T02:00:00Z.

That timestamp is the same global unlock instant the Epic Games Store and PlayStation’s own listings use. In US Pacific time it falls on the evening of October 28, which is why the console and PC storefronts can display October 28 while S-GAME’s official site states RELEASE DATE 10/29/2026. The launch guide covers the date across all three platforms.

What editions are on the PlayStation Store?

Two product entries sit under the one concept page, each with its own pre-order CTA:

Product Edition Pre-order price
Phantom Blade Zero Standard Edition $59.99
Phantom Blade Zero Digital Deluxe Edition Digital Deluxe Edition $69.99

Both are listed as pre-orders, and both carry the same pre-order content block. The store’s short description reads: “A dark wuxia action RPG from S-GAME, powered by Unreal Engine 5.”

The Digital Deluxe adds the two outfits the publisher labels “Deluxe Edition Exclusive” — Wulin Legend and Blood-Steel Form — plus the Digital Artbook and the Digital Soundtrack. The editions guide sets out what each edition contains and how the prices compare across storefronts.

When does preload start?

October 27, 2026 — two days before the October 29 launch.

This figure comes from PlayStation Store backend data recorded by the PlayStation Game Size tracking account and reported on October 16, 2026. It is press-reported, not a figure published by S-GAME, the PlayStation Store listing, or any first-party page. The same reporting gives a release time of 2:00 AM GMT on October 29.

A strong indicator rather than a confirmed schedule. A launch-day patch could move the download size, and a store listing can change.

How large is the PS5 install?

134.857 GB — and this number carries the same caveat as the preload date. It comes from PlayStation backend information shared by the PlayStation Game Size account, not from an S-GAME announcement. It is also not a PC install size; no first-party source publishes one for Steam or Epic.

The figure may also be a pre-patch number, so the final requirement at launch could differ. For a PC buyer the stable published specification is the one that applies everywhere: an SSD is required. The PC system requirements guide covers that, and the Steam version guide covers the PC-side details.

The release is digital-only, so the download is the whole product.

What else does the PlayStation Store list?

The store’s product record for the Standard Edition carries these confirmed compatibility and accessibility notices:

  • Vibration function supported, DualSense wireless controller, optional
  • Trigger effect supported, DualSense wireless controller, optional
  • Game Help supported
  • PS5 Pro Enhanced supported
  • 1 player

Accessibility notices published on the same page list Volume Controls, 3D Audio, Subtitles (Advanced), Adjustable Difficulty (Basic), Control Reminders, Tutorial Reminders, Game Pausing, and Manual Saving.

The content rating is ESRB Mature, with the descriptors Blood and Violence.

The store’s long description carries the pre-order content block and the standard premise: “S-GAME presents Phantom Blade Zero, a fusion of classic Wuxia storytelling and exhilarating action powered by Unreal Engine 5. You play as Soul, a warrior with only sixty-six days left to live. Fend off assassins, unravel world-ending conspiracies, and defend your values with your life.”

Does the PS5 version have the pre-order bonuses?

Yes, and the same two as everywhere else. The store’s long description states: “Pre-order now to unlock the following content early: • Accessory: Treasure Basin (Increases Remnant Dust drop rate by 10%) • Outfit: Legacy. The above content can also be obtained through in-game progression.”

That last sentence is the important one, and it is why the pre-order bonuses guide treats these as early-unlock items rather than exclusives. Skipping the pre-order locks nothing out.

What has PlayStation not published?

No official source gives a confirmed PS5 download size, a confirmed preload date, a PS5 performance target or frame rate, a list of PlayStation trophies, a PS5-specific feature list, or a digital disc edition. The PS5 Pro Enhanced notice is the only platform-specific performance statement on the page, and it carries no resolution or frame-rate target.

Trophies are the platform’s equivalent of Steam achievements, and the Steam achievements guide records that no achievement list is public for the game. The official content status holds the wider boundary.
